A parent account allows you to view the information for one or more students with a single sign in. You can also manage your personal account preferences.
Required Items
- Web Access Letter with credentials from OHLS
- Valid Email Account
Directions
Step 1
- Go to https://ottawahills.ps.nwoca.org/public/
- Click Create Account
Step 2
From the create a parent account tab, enter the following information:
- Name - Your first and last name
- Email - Enter your primary email address.
- Student notifications and correspondence related to your parent account will be sent to this email
- Desired Username - Your username is your unique PowerSchool identity
- Do Not use any special characters
- We suggest setting your username to the first part of your email address (all characters before the @)
- Password - Your password must be at least 6 characters long
Step 3
Link Students to your Account
Reference the letter sent home by the school. There will be and Access ID and Password ID. You will use this information to link one or more students to your account
Student Access Information - Information for a minimum of one student, including the student name, Access ID, Access Password, and your relationship to the student
Step 4
Submit the form by clicking the appropriate button at the bottom of the page
